Shipping Information

This page explains how shipping is presented for Retail Revive orders. Available methods, charges, and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, products, and current carrier availability.

United States Orders

Domestic checkout can present Economy and Express options when available. Review the method name, price, and estimated dates displayed at checkout before placing the order.

International Orders

International methods can vary by destination and may include postal, express, or carrier-calculated services. The options available for a particular address appear during checkout.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Order processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Any delivery date shown at checkout or in tracking information is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, address issues, and other events outside Retail Revive’s control can affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent using the contact information provided with the order. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created or a package is transferred to the carrier.

International Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other destination fees may be collected by the carrier or local authority. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Review the shipping address carefully before submitting an order. Contact support@retailrevive.com promptly if an address needs correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or carrier handoff.

For a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, include the order number, delivery address, and relevant photos when contacting support. Return eligibility is governed by the current Refund Policy.
