Your Retail Revive NFC tool is prepared with the destination link supplied for your business. You do not need to rewrite a prepared tag before using it.
Before your order is prepared
Email support@retailrevive.com with your order number, business name, location, and Google review link.
Test with a compatible iPhone
- Unlock your iPhone and keep the screen on.
- Hold the upper back of the phone near the marked NFC area.
- Move the phone slowly if a notification does not appear.
- Tap the notification and check that it opens the correct business review page.
If a tap does not work
- Remove thick, metal, magnetic, or wallet-style cases.
- Confirm the phone is connected to the internet.
- Try a second compatible phone.
- Contact support before attempting to reprogram the tag.
NFC support and reading behavior vary by phone model and settings. A compatible NFC-enabled phone is required.
