Using Your NFC Review Tool with Android

Retail Revive NFC products are prepared with the review link provided for your business. Use the steps below to test or open the link on a compatible Android phone.

How to Tap

1. Unlock the phone and keep the screen on.
2. Confirm that NFC is enabled. The setting is commonly found under Settings > Connected devices, Connections, or NFC and contactless payments.
3. Hold the back of the phone near the marked NFC area on the product. Move the phone slowly around the upper or middle portion of the back.
4. Tap the notification that appears to open the review page.

Troubleshooting

• Remove thick, magnetic, or metal phone cases and try again.
• Move the phone slowly rather than tapping one exact spot.
• Confirm that the phone is connected to the internet.
• Turn NFC off and back on, or restart the phone if needed.
• Test with another NFC-compatible phone to confirm the product link.

NFC support, antenna placement, and settings vary by phone model, carrier, and operating system.
